Extend Your Canon Warranty to 2 Years for Free
Canon offers you the opportunity to extend your warranty from 1 year to 2 years, ensuring greater peace of mind and continued support for your device.

To qualify for the extended warranty, you must own one of the following eligible products:
● imageRUNNER, imageRUNNER ADVANCE DX, imageFORCE
● imagePROGRAF series
By ensuring your product is linked to one of the above online service platforms, you can enjoy enhanced support, proactive maintenance, and an extended coverage period.
Mandatory Requirements
● For imageRUNNER & imageFORCE products: device must be registered and actively connected to eMaintenance in the 1st Year of Warranty to obtain the additional one-year Warranty.
● For imagePROGRAF products: device must be registered and actively connected to eService in the 1st Year of Warranty to obtain the additional one-year Warranty.
Please note: Printheads and Non network enabled devices are excluded from the extended warranty.

To successfully claim your B2B warranty, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Product Registration
● Register your product on the warranty page by [clicking here].
Step 2: Data Validation
● Canon Central and North Africa will review and validate the information you have provided.
Step 3: Warranty Confirmation
● Once your data is successfully validated, you will receive an email confirmation from b2bWarranty@canon-cna.com confirming your warranty activation.
Step 4: Warranty Service Request
● If you need to utilize your warranty, visit the nearest authorized Service Partner in your country.
By completing these steps, you can ensure your Canon product is fully covered and supported under the warranty program. -

● Product damaged due to improper use, handling or mis-operation of the Product and not as referred to in the Users' or Operators' manuals and/or relevant user documents including without limitation, incorrect storage, dropping, excessive shocks, traces of fire, corrosions, moisture, water, dirt, sand or rats, rodent infested damage are detected.
● The use of any non-Canon genuine authentic consumable or refilled toner or ink that might in one way or the other cause the unit failure;
● Repairs, modifications or cleaning carried out at a service center not authorized by Canon.
● There is evidence that the fault & damage is caused due to erratic external power source (Electricity), such as unstable electrical power supply, power spikes & surge, or improper earthing at the site etc. -

If the serial number of your Canon product does not match or is not sourced from Canon Central and North Africa's authorized stock within the respective African country under Canon Central and North Africa's territory, your product will not be covered under the Canon Central and North Africa Manufacturer Warranty Program.
However, you may still service or repair your product at an additional cost.
