How to deliver a successful décor project

Project management of a décor installation can be a challenge. It involves coordinating multiple contributors across a number of disciplines, each with different skills, priorities and personalities.

To bring a project to completion, a print service provider (PSP) therefore needs to wear many hats. They must be an expert consultant during the pre-design and design phases, and both supplier and project manager during delivery. By considering the whole project instead of individual applications, PSPs can evolve their décor service offering and build valuable, long-term client relationships.

In the fifth and final Canon Décor Success Factor guide, we take a look at how an end-to-end project management role in décor enables PSPs to extend the services they offer - and become a vital link in the interior décor value chain. It will appeal to PSPs who want to:

  • Familiarise themselves with the whole interior design process, from initial concept to final installation
  • Enhance their service offering by taking on an end to end project management role
  • Become a vital link in the interior décor supply chain
