In January 2022, Canon EMEA partnered with UN Women in the 'Libyan Woman and Youth Civil Society Organizations at the Forefront of Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Technology' initiative, focusing on equipping Libyan women and youth with digital and technological skills.
Inspiring Change through Innovation
Canon Ambassador Laura El-Tantawy led a three-day virtual workshop covering photography, e-learning, social media, and digital technology. The project aimed to address Sustainable Development Goals and promote peace and prosperity. Workshop attendees became certified trainers, enabling them to share their knowledge with their communities.
