Canon workshops
Canon runs numerous workshops, from street photography to visual storytelling, which enable young people aged 18-35 to enhance their skills and capture the stories and issues that shape everyday life. We also run workshops for 13-18 year olds, giving them the skills and tools to develop a visual voice on local and global issues that matter to them.
UN SDG Action Campaign
In running these workshops Canon supports the UN SDG Action Campaign, which is a UN Secretary-General special initiative aiming at inspiring and connecting everyone to join a global movement to take action for the SDGs. The Campaign brings together the UN, national and local governments, youth groups, civil-society organizations, the media, and the private sector through calls to action, multi-stakeholder engagement, and innovative and creative platforms. #Act4SDGs
