Please follow the steps below to help guide you through the set up of your PIXMA product.
Important Note - If you have recently changed your internet service provider you will need to reset your printer back to factory settings via the settings menu and then reconnect the printer to the new router.- 1. First remove the product from the box and remove the orange safety tape and protective material, then connect the power cable and switch the printer on.The following video will help guide you through this process.

Now your printer is ready to be connected – the latest driver will need to be installed, check the Drivers tab for available drivers which are essential for printing from a computer.
